Provide leadership to sales team collaborates with leadership in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company, manages worldwide sales for VIDIZMO product line and services to maximize sales revenues and meet business financial goals.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team, partnerships and all sales channels
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel
  • Performs sales activities on major accounts, negotiates sales price & discounts
  • Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff
  • Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
  • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products

  • Oversee and evaluate sales team’s performance, resource requirements and allocation.

  • Manage RFP/RFI / Tender purchase and up to delivery and its payment
  • Develop monthly sales plan, visit plans, cost sheets and market intelligence report.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, while also driving opportunities to closure, and driving a consistent, reliable business forecast.
  • Bringing customers to agreement on the business value of VIDIMZO, Microsoft Azure and private cloud solutions
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Develop in-depth understanding of VIDIMZO, Azure Moodle platform and related solutions and the value they bring in solving business problems
  • Ensure appropriate Internal, Partner & Microsoft resources are engaged to help customers evaluate proposed solutions
  • Maintain current understanding of VIDIMZO & Microsoft’s strengths relative to the competition and effectively communicate those strengths to customers in a positive manner. Knowledge of Kaltura, Qumu, SharePoint, Azure is required

Inside Sales Professional

Develop a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to help drive a consistent, reliable sales forecast. Prospecting to business decision makers, partners using Linkedin, Microsoft Sellers, End Users /Buyers, and Partners etc. Using best practices approach, identify business needs and issues, capture market intelligence and qualify, nurture and deliver qualified leads and opportunities that generate revenue.

Generate revenue by assisting in providing consultative sales solutions, closing sales and developing consultative selling tactics to educate customers and employees on the application of professional services to add value to product solutions business.

Conduct telemarketing / telesales campaigns engaging targeted prospects, interface with customers to provide pre-sales support, and services.  In addition, make cold calls and work with identified Client Executives to identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities and to devise sales plans and strategies that meet unique customer requirements.  Additionally, coordinate internal activities to include marketing support, customer service, project management, partner interface and pre and post-sale technology resources.

Required Qualification:

Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Description:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE), you will be responsible for the technical interactions and relationships with customers and prospects, your role will be to under customer’s business needs and map to VIDIZMO solutions. In this pre-sales technical role, you will design and demonstrate VIDIZMO & Microsoft Cloud solutions to the customers.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating and delivering technical product and solution demonstrations, presentations, and network designs
  • Participating in technical consultations/discussions and/or product capability assessments with potential customers.
  • Creating formal relationships with key decision makers within channel partners, integrators and end users organizations.
  • Delivering product and solution training to channel partners, integrators and end users.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of live and on-demand streaming video solutions, streaming video formats and other streaming video platform providers (competitors) such as QUMU, Kaltura, Panopto, VBRICK, Kontiki etc.
  • Develop understanding of unicast & multicast networks, streaming technologies, video content caching , streaming protocols such as RTSP, RTMP, HLS, Microsoft Smooth Streaming, IIS, firewall configurations required to streaming video, video formats, encoding , variable bit rate, adaptive bit rate , video playback in browsers , Flash, Silverlight, HTML5 playback, VIDIZMO iOS & Android apps
  • Ability to offer VIDIZMO pre and post-sales support
  • Work directly on proof of concepts, pilots directly with channel partners, integrators and end users.
  • Leveraging and maximizing partners as the fulfillment channel while working with directly with end users on a wide range of networking applications.
  • Responding to technical solicitations such as RFIs/RFPs, creating and maintaining technical documents aimed towards relaying VIDIZMO solutions.
  • Responsible to meet certain sales quota

Articulating competitive differentiators and value propositions at both technical and business levels.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft certification in related technologies such as Exchange, Lync, Office365 etc.
  • Working experience of Azure ARM deployment
  • Worked with deploying, configuring and managing Azure PaaS resources
  • Worked on implementing DR and Business Continuity plans in Cloud
  • Experience working with Microsoft System Center
